About The Position

This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. As well, this position may network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life threatening illness. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care related field OR Master's Degree in Social Work or Spiritual Care.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Obtain WA Registered Nurse license within 60 days of hire date.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years of Clinical experience in chosen field.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of Staff supervision experience.
• Hospice experience.
