About The Position

The High End Mega Brands Manager at Anheuser-Busch is responsible for supporting the Region High End Director in localizing brand plans and initiatives for iconic brands such as Stella Artois, Kona Big Wave, and Estrella Jalisco. This role involves annual planning, strategy refinement, and managing business cycle routines to drive brand performance and executional growth. The position requires a passion for consumers and the ability to transform national initiatives into localized actions that yield results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-4 years sales and/or marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external
  • Proficiency in Excel, AB internal system tools (IRI), and PowerPoint; including presentation design and crafting narratives out of data
  • Experience in coordinating and executing brand trade programs
  • Experience running retail programs and in-store activations
  • Experience in innovation, product development and/or project management
  • Challenger mindset - ground-breaking, creative, innovative, non-traditional
  • Understanding of premium and building aspirational brands
  • Ambitious, progressive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional brand strategy and plans for Stella Artois, Kona Big Wave, and Estrella Jalisco.
  • Assist the High End Director in annual planning ideation and strategy refinement.
  • Cascading plans to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage business cycle routines including weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes.
  • Uncover learnings and best practices within the region to drive shared awareness and improved execution of key initiatives.
  • Manage spending and tracking of brand commercial budgets.
  • Drive brand performance of net revenue, market share, and executional growth.
  • Engage and inspire internal and external colleagues and stakeholders within the region.
