About The Position
The Manager, Healthcare Strategy for EXL’s Payment Integrity Strategic Growth Unit (PI SGU) is a role with high visibility & impact designed to amplify the effectiveness of the PI SGU head and drive the strategic priorities for the unit. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and an extension of the SGU head, interface with leads from client-facing PODs, analytics, operations, technology, sales, and other enabling functions. This role will support the SGU’s Project Management Office (PMO). This role will ensure smooth coordination across SGU, drive leadership reporting and communication, mitigate risks, and be the primary liaison to Executive Leadership. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and exceptional communication & presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic priorities for the unit
- Serve as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and an extension of the SGU head
- Interface with leads from client-facing PODs, analytics, operations, technology, sales, and other enabling functions
- Support the SGU’s Project Management Office (PMO)
- Ensure smooth coordination across SGU
- Drive leadership reporting and communication
- Mitigate risks
- Be the primary liaison to Executive Leadership
