About The Position

As a highly skilled Healthcare Market Research & Partnerships Manager, you will drive growth through strategic partnerships in the SaaS healthcare space. This role is designed for a motivated individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of market research expertise, contract negotiation experience, and executive-level relationship management skills, with a proven track record in SaaS business development.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy within a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to navigate and build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong contract review and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex agreements.
  • Demonstrated success in market research, opportunity analysis, and partnership execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently while driving measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred or equivalent experience
  • SaaS healthcare experience is highly preferred; strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy Conduct deep market analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Build business cases for potential partnerships, including ROI modeling and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partnership Development & Management Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnerships that align with company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners to drive joint value creation and long-term success.
  • Act as the primary liaison with C-level executives at partner companies, building trust and alignment at the highest levels.
  • Contract Review & Negotiation Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review, negotiate, and finalize complex contracts.
  • Ensure agreements are structured to balance risk management with growth potential.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders in sales, product, legal, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards on partner performance and opportunities.
