About The Position
Reporting to the Administrative Director of EPA, the manager is responsible for the management and development of the Integrative Health & Wellness program.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Prior healthcare or management experience required.
- Minimum of five years in a professional setting with experience coordinating projects and managing programs preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with consultants, volunteers, and staff across all levels of the organization.
- Proven project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Ability to handle and protect confidential information.
