The Health, Safety & Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of health, safety, and facilities management at Silver Star Brands In this hands-on role, the Manager will ensure the safety and well-being of all employees while managing the facilities and maintenance of the company's distribution center facility, which houses approximately 300 employees. This includes developing and maintaining a robust safety program, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the internal maintenance team to ensure the facility runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in industrial health and safety practices, as well as facilities management. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and can balance safety protocols with the operational demands of a growing company.
