HealthPartners is currently hiring a Manager, Health Plan National Accounts. The Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence across a portfolio of national clients. This role builds and sustains enterprise-level partnerships while advancing innovative solutions that strengthen market leadership and generate new and expanded business opportunities. The Manager is responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with large, strategic healthcare customers. This person provides leadership for national account strategy, talent development, and operational execution, ensuring consistent delivery, strong client outcomes, and long-term client retention success. This position reports to the Vice President, Major and National Accounts Health Solutions and is part of a high-performing team. The Manager oversees a team of account managers and plays a critical role in aligning people, process, and strategy to support organizational growth and client retention.
