The Manager of Health Education plays a key leadership role within our Total Health Solutions team, providing oversight for CareATC’s Health Education service line, including Registered Dietitians, Health Coaches, and RN Health Coaches. This fully remote leadership position manages and supports a national team of approximately 19 health educators, while helping shape innovative wellness programming that drives engagement, prevention, and improved health outcomes. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Health Promotion, Exercise Science, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian or Health Educator
  • Experience leading or mentoring clinical staff
  • Experience with health education or wellness program development
  • Familiarity with corporate wellness programs and electronic medical records
  • Licensure: If licensed, certification must be active and in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, disease prevention, and behavior change
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

  • Experience supporting chronic disease management and lifestyle interventions
  • Ability to track and interpret program KPIs and performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and client-facing teams
  • Comfortable presenting health education topics to individuals and groups

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Registered Dietitians, Health Coaches, and RN Health Coaches
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development for health educators
  • Monitor team performance through chart reviews, coaching, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Track and report key program metrics including utilization, provider capacity, and engagement events
  • Collaborate with Client Success Directors and Area Operations Directors to evaluate and improve program performance
  • Contribute to the development of health education programming, wellness initiatives, and educational materials
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings and oversee scheduling, PTO approvals, and timecards
  • Partner with Client Success and Marketing teams on wellness engagement campaigns
  • Stay current on nutrition, wellness, and prevention best practices
