About The Position

The Coordinator of Education/Employee Health plans, organizes and evaluates all aspects of the educational needs of employees. Provides guidance to employees regarding maintaining health and safety for themselves and others within NLMC. Provides health services to employees by providing and maintaining programs including immunization, inoculation, fit testing, and incident reporting. Responsible for coordinating new employee orientation and on going education for hospital employees. Conducts and/or coordinates BLS, ACLS, and PALS classes for all clinical employees requiring these specific certifications. Assesses education needs of staff and hold in-services as needed.
