Lakewood Health System is a comprehensive rural healthcare system in central Minnesota. Leading the way in providing quality, personalized healthcare for a lifetime, Lakewood prides itself on remaining fiercely independent to prioritize its patients, staff, and communities in all decisions. Voted as one of Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces for the sixth year in a row, we do rural healthcare differently at LHS by providing a solid foundation of family practice providers with access to best-in-class specialty services, all right here at Lakewood. Across the spectrum of life, Lakewood Health System provides compassionate, quality care for the Brainerd Lakes region and beyond. Lakewood Health System’s Employee and Occupational Health team is a collaborative group of LPNs and RNs dedicated to supporting the wellness of our employees across the main campus and two off-site Occupational Health locations. Rooted within the EH/OH department and closely connected to Human Resources and organizational leaders, the team works together to ensure consistent communication, shared support, and seamless service delivery. Regular team huddles and ongoing touchpoints foster strong relationships, alignment, and a sense of connection, even as team members serve employees throughout the system and community. This is a highly team-focused environment where collaboration, flexibility, and mutual support are central to how we care for our workforce. The Employee/Occupational Health RN promotes and protects the health, safety, and well-being of Lakewood Health System employees through collaborative, responsive Occupational and Employee Health services that support a safe and healthy workplace.
