Across the spectrum of life, Lakewood Health System provides compassionate, quality care for the Brainerd Lakes region and beyond. Lakewood Health System’s Employee and Occupational Health team is a collaborative group of LPNs and RNs dedicated to supporting the wellness of our employees across the main campus and two off-site Occupational Health locations. Rooted within the EH/OH department and closely connected to Human Resources and organizational leaders, the team works together to ensure consistent communication, shared support, and seamless service delivery. Regular team huddles and ongoing touchpoints foster strong relationships, alignment, and a sense of connection, even as team members serve employees throughout the system and community.
