Magazine's 2022 Best Workplaces list, and Forbes Best Startup Employers 2022 List. We are looking for a Manager to lead our GTM Systems Engineering team and oversee our revenue technology ecosystem. You will manage a team of specialized engineers (CPQ and Partner/PRM) and take full ownership of the technical roadmap that powers our growth. Your mission is to ensure that our systems are not just functional, but scalable, by balancing rapid feature delivery with the aggressive reduction of technical debt.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or lead architect capacity
  • Proven team management experience, including mentoring engineers and driving delivery across technical teams
  • Deep Architectural Knowledge: Must understand how Quote-to-Cash, Partner Ecosystems, and Lead-to-Legacy systems interact in a complex SaaS environment
  • Strong experience designing and managing system integrations, including middleware tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier
  • Agile Mastery: Proven experience managing engineering sprints, using tools like JIRA/Asana to manage high-velocity team outputs
  • Experience owning CI/CD processes, including tools such as GitHub, Gearset, and Copado, and managing release pipelines and sandbox strategies
  • Experience with QA automation practices and ensuring high-quality, reliable deployments
  • Communication: Ability to explain "Technical Debt" to a non-technical VP of Sales in a way that emphasizes business risk and ROI
  • Technical Stack: Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and integration patterns
  • Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Delivery Management
  • People Management: Direct management of GTM Engineers (CPQ, PRM, and Generalist). Mentor the team on code quality, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Sprint & Backlog Governance: Lead the Agile process. Prioritize the backlog, manage sprint planning, and set realistic delivery expectations with executive stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, and Finance).
  • Release Management: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and sandbox strategy to ensure zero-downtime deployments across the ecosystem.
  • Architecture & Technical Strategy
  • Holistic System Design: Own the "Big Picture." Ensure that the CPQ logic integrates seamlessly with the Partner Portal, Finance systems (ERP), and Marketing Automation.
  • Technical Debt Management: Conduct regular architectural reviews. Identify legacy "hacks" or inefficient flows and proactively schedule refactoring projects to maintain system health.
  • Cross-Functional Roadmap: Partner with GTM Leadership (VP of Sales Ops/RevOps) to translate business strategy into a 12-month technical roadmap.
  • Solution Engineering & Innovation
  • Global Design: Act as the final reviewer for all major system changes, ensuring they don't break downstream reporting or upstream lead flow.
  • Tooling Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies in the GTM stack (e.g., AI-driven forecasting tools, data enrichment services, or billing engines).
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure the entire GTM ecosystem meets enterprise-grade security standards, particularly regarding data privacy and external partner access.
