About The Position

TEMPORARY TALENT WORKFORCE: Manager, Growth & Development This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits. Recruiting for this role ends on November 13, 2025. Work you'll do You will play a pivotal role in designing, managing and delivering transformative learning experiences. You will lead key initiatives that align with strategic business priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and influence critical developmental decisions across a variety of portfolios. This role includes and may not be limited to Manager/Senior Manager programs within the Consulting Services Leadership Development and Performance learning portfolio. Requirements

  • Consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
  • Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment
  • Facility to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
  • Aptitude to lead a distributed, cross-functional team
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables: In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of related professional experience in design, development and delivery with adult learning programs and training experiences
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Strategy and Management: Drive curriculum design, create innovative new solutions and manage existing assets to ensure continuous learning and development of Deloitte professionals.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with talent development and business leadership, stakeholders and peers to lead and successfully implement Growth & Development strategies and programs that align with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead diverse project teams, including Development Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery Managers, vendors, and India-based instructional designers and technical teams, to deliver impactful curriculum, programs, and processes. Manage, coach and support the success of junior team members within and across teams via informal reporting relationships.
  • Innovative Implementation: Align project teams and stakeholders to deploy highly effective and innovative learning solutions, such as digitized content, personalized learning paths, and development in the flow of work.
  • Expert Problem-Solving: Provide functional expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex challenges, ensuring seamless learning experiences.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
