Manager, GRC Lead - Grants Compliance & Audit Readiness is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of grant compliance, audit readiness, financial reporting, and regulatory adherence for the organization’s portfolio of grants and federal food funded programs. This role serves as a strategic partner to Accounting, Grants, Operations, Government Relations and Finance leadership, ensuring that all grant activities meet federal, state, and private grantor requirements while maintaining strong internal controls and audit ‑ ready documentation. The GRC Lead strengthens governance and risk management practices, manages audit coordination, and supports the development of efficient reporting systems as the organization continues to scale.
