Develops, manages, and improves projects, processes, and people in Goodwill’s rapidly expanding sustainability efforts. Extracts maximum value from Goodwill donations and manages recycling programs for donations that cannot be reused. Continuously provides hands-on direction and coaching to staff to meet and exceed daily goals. Teams with leaders throughout Goodwill to drive organizational objectives, providing optimal solutions and outstanding customer service. Maintains and analyzes data and key performance indicators. Builds extraordinary teams through training, coaching, and discipline. Develops a workplace culture that models Goodwill’s values. As a Goodwill manager, you are an organizational leader responsible for creating a high-performing work environment that results in positive Team-member experiences, excellent customer service, and an overall successful operation that supports the organization’s mission. Managers model passion for work, strong, positive leadership skills, and are effective coaches to their direct reports. Managers are expected to understand program and divisional objectives and meet established goals including revenue, profit, and expense control.
