The Global Products and Initiatives team is responsible for the consumer payments product portfolio, including products like Credit, Debit, Visa Flex Credential, and Visa Payment Passkey. We are seeking a Manager of Operations who will play a key role in enabling the organization to deliver against our global product roadmap. This role will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Operations along with cross-functional counterparts across Product, Finance, Risk and People. The individual will be responsible for supporting strategic planning, business operations, planning cycles and team communications ensuring the team runs effectively and efficiently. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Responsibilities

Organizational and Team Operations
Support quarterly business reviews, delivery reviews, and portfolio management updates across Global Product and Initiatives and adjacent organizations
Assist in running annual operating plan and resource prioritization along with internal audits and product roadmap review sessions
Manage Objective and Key Results development, tracking and reporting
Coordinate with product managers, regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Develop and maintain business performance dashboards
Manage Jira Align hygiene and other systems that support product initiative tracking and delivery
Help to develop and implement engagement strategies to promote culture, recognition, and retention across the team
