The Global Products and Initiatives team is responsible for the consumer payments product portfolio, including products like Credit, Debit, Visa Flex Credential, and Visa Payment Passkey. We are seeking a Manager of Operations who will play a key role in enabling the organization to deliver against our global product roadmap. This role will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Operations along with cross-functional counterparts across Product, Finance, Risk and People. The individual will be responsible for supporting strategic planning, business operations, planning cycles and team communications ensuring the team runs effectively and efficiently. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
