Global HR Strategic Initiatives Delivery Manager Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS) is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading medium- to large-scale integrated projects including change management, training and communications across the division. This role will report into the division’s Vice President, Global Human Resources, and will: Develop fully integrated change, communication and work delivery project plans to support a variety of strategic initiatives Coordinate and lead project teams that yield high-quality, effective implementations for our people and our business Create and execute appropriately scaled change management tactics, presentations and both written and verbal communication assets Work closely with stakeholders across GBS, HR function and other groups as needed to coordinate project work and to drive consistent communication and change practices across the project
