About The Position

The Manager, Global Internal Communications Channels oversees Goodyear’s global internal communications content and platforms, including Goodyear NOW and the Appspace digital signage network. This role leads the globalization and optimization of internal content, managing the global communications calendar and planning process to maintain a unified view across all channels. The manager provides reporting and insights to strengthen channel performance and engagement. They also partner closely with global functional communications teams to guide strategy, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment with Goodyear’s business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in communications or marketing, ideally within a global organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience using FirstUp or similar internal communications software.
  • Clear verbal and written communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in group settings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and optimization of Goodyear NOW and Appspace to ensure accurate, engaging, and timely content delivery.
  • Establish governance standards and drive continuous improvement across global internal communications channels.
  • Lead the global content planning process, managing the communications calendar and ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to globalize messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives while serving as a trusted advisor on best practices.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and deliver insights that measure channel performance and guide improvements in communications effectiveness.
