OverviewCrocs is seeking a Manager, Brand Partnerships, Licensing & Collaborations to join the global marketing team. The role is responsible for developing and executing mass-appeal brand partnerships that extend brand reach, drive cultural relevance and unlock memorable consumer moments. This role will own development of campaign playbooks, go-to-market strategy and execution and will reinforce Crocs’ position as an innovator in the collaboration space.What You'll Do Develop and deliver clear, strategic briefs aligned to brand, marketing and business objectives. Partner closely with channel owners and creative teams to build best-in-class consumer journeys and creative executions that align to the brief and maximize campaign investment. Lead projects which involve external partners across various industries with mass consumer appeal. Serve as a key strategic partner for cross functional teams including product, merchandising and sales, fostering collaboration and incorporating inputs to strengthen campaign effectiveness. Develop campaign playbooks and oversee the execution of that strategy across all geographic territories. Manage and track campaign performance, ensuring execution drives engagement, traffic and consumer acquisition. Ensure alignment with Legal on all product, partner and marketing activation plans to maintain compliance and adhere to contractual requirements. Partner closely with channel owners and creative teams to build best-in-class consumer journeys and creative executions that align to the brief and maximize campaign investment. What You'll Bring to the Table BS or BA in business, marketing or related field. 5-6+ years marketing experience, preferably with a global brand that operates in multiple channels and geographic regions. Experience in footwear, licensing, fashion or talent management is a strong plus. Deep passion for brand partnerships, digital, social commerce and a working in a global environment. Strong understanding of music, fashion, entertainment and cultural trends. Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence with an eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities under pressure. Effectively manages time and operates with sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
