As Manager of the Future Schedules Team, you’ll lead the strategy behind Southwest’s flight schedule before it’s published, driving optimization, network design, and high-visibility projects that balance commercial and operational goals. You’ll guide a talented Team through critical decisions, oversee schedule adjustments, and partner with senior Leadership to adapt to shifting priorities. By owning the SkySuite module and advancing decision-support tools, you’ll improve efficiency and clarity while fostering innovation. Your Leadership ensures every schedule reflects Southwest’s commitment to reliability, flexibility, and connecting Customers to what matters most. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
