About The Position

The Functional Solution Manager – OTC role at McDonald's or equivalent experience is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with some of the most dedicated professionals in the industry. This administrative role is critical in partnering with the OTC business and implementation teams to develop OTC within ERP Cloud. You'll be at the heart of facilitating solution decisions, participating in workshops, and working closely with key collaborators to ensure flawless setup and testing of solutions. Your experience will be essential in co-reviewing important build decisions, configurations, functional and technical plans, and addressing key risks and gaps throughout the program lifecycle. This role involves leading discussions with key Finance and business collaborators to identify requirements and converting those into practical and actionable Finance system solutions. As the Functional Solutions Manager, you will report directly to the OTC Functional Solutions Lead, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of our strategic goals.

Requirements

  • BA in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Finance and business needs for OTC, with the capability to convert these into prioritized, actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with different levels of management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, capable of handling several initiatives, project schedules, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Knowledge of ERP Cloud solutions, with Oracle ERP experience being a plus.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly through instruction and self-training.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the ERP Cloud OTC modules.
  • Support the Functional Solutions – OTC Lead by serving as the Receivables module/application specialist, managing Finance solutions, transactional and reporting functions, interfaces, testing, and associated communications or training.
  • Partner with key business, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and IT collaborators to understand and document solution requirements, using these to deploy the solution.
  • Work closely with the Finance collaborators, Tech Solution Lead, and 3rd party vendors to improve system integration.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Reporting and Analytics team to develop and improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure data integrity and support the resolution of data errors and problems.
