In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that each guest enjoys an unparalleled and memorable stay from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. Your leadership will be key in delivering the highest level of service and creating lasting impressions What will I be doing? Handle day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members. Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status. Leads the Front Desk team by crafting a positive work environment. Oversees and resolves resolution of problems arising from owner/guest concerns with a commitment to satisfying every guest/owner. Maintains a positive collaborative work environment between staff and management. May be required to perform other reasonable duties as requested by management. Effectively handle incidents and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Ensure quality assurance standards of hospitality are provided to all members, owners, and guests on property and/or via telephone. Requirements

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the customer service field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the customer service field required.
Demonstrate leadership skills such as integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
A courteous and professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations
High school diploma or equivalent
Open availability on schedule
