About The Position
GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential. We are partnering with an organization in the Atlanta area seeking an experienced Manager of FP&A for a contract engagement. This role will support critical budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives during a key business period. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to quickly step in to provide immediate analytical support and leadership. The Manager, FP&A will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely insights, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and support executive decision-making. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience working in ERP systems
- Ability to quickly learn systems and business processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract period
- Develop and refine financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare executive reporting and present findings to leadership
- Support process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
