Responsible for managing the financial planning process and managing the profitability of existing and new business operations. Provides an analysis of profitability variances and recommendations for corrective actions. Establishes, implements and maintains a system of financial and operational controls and procedures to effectively manage internal audit activities.

Requirements

• Work experience within finance and/or financial systems (at least 2 years of relevant industry experience).
• Experience as an Anaplan Model Builder preferred - extensive end-user experience also acceptable.
• Involvement in the development of generative AI agents and the leveraging of machine learning algorithms preferred.
• Exposure to additional financial planning/reporting toolsets such as Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle Cloud, or OneStream is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the design, implementation, and optimization of FP&A technology stack.
• Champion the development and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Drive process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with FP&A leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
