This role will serve as the enterprise lead for topline and margin performance, delivering executive-ready analysis that drives better, faster business decisions. It will deepen NVI's understanding of revenue and gross-margin dynamics by partnering closely with Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Store Operations, and Accounting to connect financial outcomes to real business drivers. The manager owns sales and margin forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into clear, actionable insight. In addition, this role will be responsible for improving the accuracy and speed of forecasting and leading modernization of FP&A tools and processes-advancing Oracle EPM and Power BI dashboards, automating manual reporting, and building the next generation of financial visibility.
