About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Foster Care Case Management to join our team. Starting Salary: $54,000 - $58,000 (Salary) We are seeking a Manager of Foster Care Case Management to join our team. Your role will be responsible for the supervision of foster care case management team members and service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body and accreditation requirements. As a member of the Missouri Foster Care team, you will supervise 7 team members and report to our Director of Foster Care and Adoption.

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience working with children
Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field required.
At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise a unit of Case Management Specialists.
Provide back-up supervision to case management staff (as needed) in the absence of other unit supervisors.
Be accessible by phone after hours, holidays and weekends, when assigned as the on-call supervisor.
Serve as an ongoing liaison between Cornerstones of Care and funding sources, always maintaining adequate communication channels to ensure that services remain flexible and creative in response to community needs.
Ensure, through supervision and monitoring, that each Case Specialist maintains up-to-date records in the Cornerstones of Care and Children's Division management information systems for each child within established standards.
