The Manager / Senior Manager, Forensics & Compliance will play a key role in supporting complex disputes, investigations, and compliance matters through advanced healthcare data analytics. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare data ecosystems, claims and revenue cycle analytics, ETL design, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, defensible insights for internal teams, clients, and counsel. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience working with healthcare data, SaaS or multi-tenant platforms, and advanced analytics tools, along with experience operating in consulting, investigative, or regulated environments. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Health Policy, Health Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare data analytics, consulting, forensics, compliance, or related analytical roles
  • Demonstrated expertise working with healthcare claims, revenue cycle data, payer/provider datasets, and EDI transaction sets
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, or similar) and cloud-based data environments
  • Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data governance, and privacy considerations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Adapt comfortably to changing priorities, deadlines, and engagement needs
  • Apply strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple engagements effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead the day-to-day execution of healthcare-focused forensic, disputes, and compliance engagements
  • Drive the design and delivery of complex healthcare data analyses that support investigations, regulatory reviews, and dispute matters
  • Translate large, complex healthcare datasets into clear, defensible insights that inform legal, compliance, and business decisions
  • Elevate analytical rigor, data governance, and documentation standards to ensure accuracy and defensibility of work product
  • Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates, fostering technical growth and a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful insights, and consistent delivery of value
  • Partner with engagement leaders to define analytical strategy, develop workplans, manage timelines, and monitor critical path items
  • Design, develop, and oversee ETL pipelines and data models supporting healthcare claims, revenue cycle, EDI, and operational datasets
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and compliance-related issues relevant to disputes and investigations
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with legal, forensic, compliance, and client teams to scope analyses, define data requirements, and support expert narratives
  • Prepare and review written reports, exhibits, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with engagement objectives
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy, governance, and documentation standards across engagements
