Executes center-wide employer engagement strategy for new and active employers that aligns with the Center’s strategic priorities to advance career development and experience/opportunities for students. Engagement strategy includes managing new and active employer research, outreach, follow-up and tracking. Works with campus stakeholders to provide support for employers coming to campus to recruit. Serves as an employer recruitment coach. Identifies, develops, and maintains relationships with new, active, and inactive employers in order to increase the recruitment activity within the University of Florida. Works within the career center’s industry engagement plan to engage with industry and connect back to campus Serves as a coach to aid organizations in developing their recruitment strategy. Responsible for providing support for the Center’s employer related communications and programming to inform industry of best recruiting practices. Programming support includes logistics and management of relevant content, guest speakers, marketing, website information, webinars, guides, newsletters, and other items as appropriate. Supports the day-to-day management of traditional recruiting programs to advance industry engagement and strategic industry success outcomes to advance the mission of the career center. Day-to-day administrative operations of traditional recruiting programs include the on-campus interview program, employer-hosted events, and job postings. Aids in maintaining quantitative and qualitative records for various types of interactions for assessment and reporting purposes to demonstrate impact. Responsible for tracking and reporting on engagement for industry stakeholders. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment trends and appropriate career development information.
