Job Profile Title Manager, Flex Coverage Job Summary The Manager, Flex Coverage oversees the daily operations of a medical practice, ensuring efficient patient care delivery and compliance with industry standards. They collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and other departments to maintain high-quality services. Reports to: Director, Clinic Operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
Prior experience in medical practice management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, electronic health records systems).
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. Monitor expenses and revenue.
Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise all staff. Ensure optimal performance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, privacy laws, and quality standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
Patient Experience: Collaborate with medical personnel to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Other assigned duties may be given at the discretion of the Director.
