ADB is seeking a Manager, Fleet Administration to oversee and drive the success of fleet-related business objectives including safety, compliance, operational readiness, cost control, and customer support. This role manages fleet administration strategies that enable effective field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a reliable, safe, and cost-effective vehicle and equipment fleet. The ideal candidate has proven success managing fleet administration functions, strong people and process management skills, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fleet administration, transportation, or asset management experience required
  • 2+ years of proven success leading people and managing processes within a department
  • Experience supporting DOT-regulated or field-based operations required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Drivers License required

Responsibilities

  • Mid-level Manager responsible for people management, performance, compliance, and quality within the Fleet Administration function
  • Leads and manages Fleet Administration team members including time, attendance, performance, training, production, and quality
  • Provides expert functional leadership in fleet administration, vehicle lifecycle management, compliance, and reporting
  • Oversees fleet processes including vehicle ordering, upfitting, transfers, disposals, titling, registration, insurance documentation, and asset tracking
  • Ensures fleet compliance with DOT, FMCSA, state-specific regulations, company policies, and insurance requirements
  • Creates and drives fleet-related KPIs to contribute to overall department and company scorecard success (cost, utilization, downtime, compliance, safety)
  • Manages vendor relationships related to fleet leasing, maintenance, fuel programs, telematics, upfitting, and disposal
  • Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, Finance, HR, and Compliance to support field readiness and business execution
  • Manages fleet financials including budgeting, expense tracking, cost analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Reviews and analyzes fleet data to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
  • Leads special projects related to fleet optimization, system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements from start to finish
  • Develops and enforces fleet policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrates basic presentation skills; prepares and presents fleet-related data and insights to senior leadership as requested
  • Maintains a strong customer-centric mindset, ensuring fleet services support field teams and customer commitments
  • Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and actively drives the philosophy of ZERO across all fleet operations
  • Engages in ADB culture pillars and encourages participation across Community, Wellness, Development, and Inclusion initiatives
  • Performs other position duties when requested
