About The Position

The Manager, Financial Systems – Order to Cash (OTC) is accountable for the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Franchise (OTCF) and Company-Owned (OTCC) revenue systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules and the custom Sales Reporting Portal (SRP) and Sales Engine Audit Reconciliation (SEAR) applications. This role oversees a team of analysts based in Atlanta and Hyderabad, India performing day-day operational maintenance and support, leading the cross‑functional OTC systems roadmap, and governing controls and data flows end‑to-end. The Manager partners closely with Financial Systems, Accounting, Enterprise Applications (EA – Inspire’s IT department that provides technical support for Financial Systems), Financial Services, Unified Data Platform (UDP) Support, Restaurant Technology, and other business and technology stakeholders to ensure complete & accurate interfaces, timely operational support, and continuous improvement across the OTC landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading finance technology and contribute to the financial success of some of the world’s most recognizable restaurant brands, including Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In, Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, and Jimmy John’s. This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management & Information Systems or Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in a people leadership role managing analysts/administrators in Financial Systems or ERP.
  • 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials OTC modules and OTC business processes, or strong industry-relevant experience with other leading OTC platforms.
  • Demonstrated success working with large, complex data sets – advanced skills with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, etc.
  • Experience delivering effective finance systems solutions, including process, technology, and organizational considerations.
  • Ability to translate a technical/system challenge into a business conversation that leads to an actionable solution.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (leadership, individual contributors, functional stakeholders, technical stakeholders, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence
  • Oversee ongoing configuration maintenance activities for OTC systems – e.g. customer maintenance, transaction types, receipt methods, banking, rate tables, account mappings, business rules, store assignments, data categories, etc.
  • Own the Completeness & Accuracy (C&A) validation schedule for all inbound and outbound interfaces for Inspire’s OTC ecosystem.
  • Coordinate across the business, EA, Financial Services, UDP, and Restaurant Technology teams to triage and resolve interface errors, ensuring timely root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Ensure creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring maintenance and support activities owned by the Financial Systems – OTC team.
  • Support UAT/regression testing for bug fixes, enhancements, and quarterly Oracle updates; sign off on production readiness and support change management and deployment processes.
  • Provide escalation support for franchisees and business users and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Align business and technology objectives and own the OTC systems roadmap spanning Oracle OTC modules, SRP, and SEAR.
  • Prioritize and drive enhancements through intake and support estimating, requirements gathering/design, testing, deployment, and post go-live stabilization.
  • Champion automation (e.g., reconciliation, monitoring, process optimization) and data quality improvements.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate impacts of system changes/releases; coordinate blackout windows and cutovers with stakeholders.
  • Represent the OTC function in audits and control reviews; provide evidence and remediation updates.
  • Leadership & Governance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of 3-4 analysts based in Atlanta and Hyderabad, India; set priorities, allocate workload, and provide coaching and career development.
  • Serve as primary OTC liaison across Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, Financial Services, UDP, Restaurant Technology, and Business stakeholders.
  • Provide executive level updates on risk, control posture, incidents, and roadmap progress.
