For more information, visit www.Azuria.com Requirements: The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is a critical finance role, reporting directly to the Director, FP&A. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership across all disciplines, including finance, sales, operations, and controllership to support the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts. Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Partner with Director, FP&A on internal forecasting reviews and cadences across the organization Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the organization’s forecasting and planning processes Support the preparation of monthly financial packages for Senior Management with key metrics and commentary to communicate the organization’s financial position and guide strategic decision-making Develop trends or other ad hoc analyses to test forecast assumptions and understand risks and opportunities to the forecast. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: For the successful performance of this position, an individual must be able to achieve and/or perform the essential duties of the position. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required. 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibilities in FP&A/Accounting/Finance Operational experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, and Data Access Studio preferred. Familiarity with U.S. GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel (including ability to mine large sets of data) and PowerPoint skills. Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
