RTR offers designer apparel and accessories from hundreds of brand partners and has built in-house proprietary technology and a one-of-a-kind reverse logistics operation. Under CEO and Co-Founder Jennifer Hyman’s leadership, RTR has been named to CNBC’s “Disruptor 50” five times in ten years, and has been placed on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list multiple times, while Hyman herself has been named to the “TIME 100” most influential people in the world and as one of People magazine’s “Women Changing the World.” This position will be within RTR’s FP&A team which is central to strategic decision making. The successful candidate will be responsible for core parts of RTR’s business - Operations (Warehouse Labor & Fulfillment, Transportation) and Company Wide Operating Expenses. The position will be highly cross-functional across RTR’s supply chain. This position plays a vital role in achieving our strategic goals, will have direct interaction with the C-suite and as such the incumbent should have an entrepreneurial drive, be able to interact with a variety of people, develop and maintain complex models, demonstrate flexibility, and meet rapid deadlines. The position will have the support of a Senior Analyst, who will report into this role as their manager.
