Position Overview We are looking for a highly analytical FP&A leader to act as a key thought partner to senior management, guiding data-driven decisions across a complex, multi-unit restaurant organization. This role goes beyond traditional budgeting and reporting, taking ownership of developing advanced forecasting models, turning operational data into actionable insights, and supporting disciplined decisions on capital, labor, and margins at a large scale. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise, strong systems orientation (Anaplan or similar), and the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear narratives for executives and the board.
