The Manager of FP&A will lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities for a growing, multi-state substance use disorder (SUD) treatment organization. This role provides critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making across outpatient clinics, residential programs, psychiatric hospitals, and corporate operations while navigating complex reimbursement environments, including Medicaid, commercial payers, and grant funding. This is a working manager role with no staff, so you must be willing to perform all the work yourself initially. Why Hickory Recovery?
