About The Position
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for the monthly forecasting and financial analytics for the Real Estate segment, with a focus on revenue performance, sales drivers, and operating expense planning. This role will support monthly regional revenue and expense planning, provide detailed variance analysis, develop scenario modeling, and deliver meaningful insights through sales metrics and performance analytics. The Manager will partner with Sales & Marketing Business Operations and Accounting teams to ensure accurate, driver‑based forecasting and alignment to business performance expectations.
