Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
About The Position
We are hiring a Manager / Senior Manager of FP&A; to serve as the dedicated finance business partner to our Client Operations & Services organization, including Customer Support, Implementation, and Training. This role sits at the intersection of operations, retention, and profitability, owning forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management for post-sale functions. Client Operations is the engine of retention and customer lifetime value. Strong financial partnership in this function directly impacts Net Revenue Retention, Services Gross Margin, Operating Leverage, and long-term Enterprise Value.
Requirements
- 5–9+ years in FP&A; Strategic Finance, or Finance Business Partner roles
- SaaS experience required (PE-backed or high-growth preferred)
- Strong understanding of ARR mechanics, retention drivers, and services margins
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets)
- Experience building capacity or workforce planning models
- Ability to influence and challenge operational leaders with data
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the Head of Client Operations
- Drive headcount planning, capacity modeling, and productivity analysis
- Own annual budget and rolling forecasts for Client Operations
- Build driver-based models tied to backlog, utilization, services revenue, and cost structure
- Track services gross margin and develop KPI dashboards
- Lead financial modeling for automation, tooling, outsourcing, and margin initiatives
- Support executive reporting and board materials related to retention and services efficiency
