Responsibilities

  • Compiles and maintains income/expense records.
  • Prepares financial reports, impact statements, forecasts and budgets for management and funding agencies.
  • Manages division office and non-academic personnel.
  • Coordinates preparation of grant applications and funding proposals, oversees training of grants management.
  • Maintains personnel files and processes non-student payroll.
  • Coordinates and carry out special projects.
  • Assesses need, evaluation and purchase of office equipment.
  • Assists Business Manager or Director with projects as needed.
