Job Summary The Manager, Corporate Finance is responsible for providing analytical and financial modeling support to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance and other leaders within Financial Services. The role prepares financial and operational analyses, forecasting models, and data reporting used to support corporate decision-making. This position follows a hybrid schedule with 2–3 remote workdays per week. Essential Functions Build and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks to support capital projects, corporate initiatives, and long-term planning. Prepare financial analyses such as valuations, scenario/sensitivity modeling, and performance assessments for ongoing and proposed investments Assist in monitoring results of major capital projects and compare actual performance to original forecasts. Support evaluations of strategic opportunities by preparing clear, data-driven recommendations for leadership. Ensure modeling assumptions are accurate, well-supported, and aligned with project documents and corporate standards. Report on quarterly financial indicators and prepare benchmark comparisons against internal and external metrics. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and increase analytical efficiency. Analyze healthcare industry trends and assess potential financial and operational impacts. Lead, mentor, and develop a senior financial analyst, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accuracy, and strategic insight to drive organizational growth. Collaborate with accounting, tax, revenue cycle, business units, and technical teams to gather data and develop forecasts for income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets. Provide analytical support for special projects and ad-hoc requests from the CEO, CFO, and Senior Vice President & Treasurer. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Business Objects, Oracle SmartView). Knowledge of accounts receivable, bad debt, and contractual allowances. Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information concisely. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail. Ability to define problems, collect and validate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. CPA preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. Strong analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Minimum 5-7 years financial analysis, accounting, and/or operations experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
