This role ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data, including personal information, salary details, benefit deductions, and final payments. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. Oversee employee salary, benefit deductions, and garnishments to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing. Collaborate with HR, employees, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate pay and deductions. Manage and consult with employees regarding expense reimbursement payments. Lead the team in preparing management reports. Support audits and drive process improvements. Lead and manage a team with the aim of driving effective performance management, fostering professional growth, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
