The Global Services Group (GSG) provides American Express' renowned brand of customer service to consumers, merchants, and corporations. The LFO Manager role, a role within the Global Servicing Group Finance Organization will provide comprehensive financial support within GSG, with a focus on decision support analytics. The primary focus of this role will be supporting financial and operational strategic decisions for the GSG’s Credit & Collections organizations, which are responsible for the full range of early and late stage collection efforts. The Finance Manager should be a dynamic individual who can communicate effectively with business and finance partners, support key financial processes, deliver superior analytics, and manage complex tasks in a global organization.
