Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial controlling, commercial finance, or similar roles within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven experience with Excel and ERP systems.
  • Proactive mindset and comfort working with senior management.
  • Digital savviness and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Finance Business Partners and commercial teams in achieving delivery within PMI cost targets.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and enable innovative solutions for cost optimization.
  • Provide independent, data-driven insights to influence key operational and strategic decisions.
  • Lead actuals tracking and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and alignment with forecasts.
  • Validate key financial assumptions, trade-offs, and opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
  • Act as finance representative on key functional projects, supporting investment decisions and defining metrics.
  • Identify trends and patterns to maximize ROI and provide ad-hoc analysis on specific issues.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead and develop direct report analysts.
