About The Position

The Finance Manager position is a trusted Co-Pilot within Supply Chain Finance supporting our Transportation organization. This role is responsible for our domestic transportation costs with indirect supervision of our network co-pilots to drive forecast accuracy and execute strategic priorities maximizing Nestle value.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in Accounting/Finance function
• BA/BS degree or the equivalent required
• Proven track record working cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strategy and manage end-to-end projects
• Costing standards, accounting and proven understanding financial statements
• Analysis, forecasting, budgeting experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience and comfort with presentations to groups and senior stakeholders
• Ability to communicate information in a concise and effective manner
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing projects and deadlines
• SAP or other ERP experience

Nice To Haves

• Power BI and Oracle experience as plus

Responsibilities

• Ownership of domestic transportation costs across the Ambient, Frozen, and Chilled networks
• Partner with Head of Logistics to optimize supply network and develop clear connection between supply forecast and deployment strategy
• Partner with network pilots and co-pilots on execution of strategic projects
• Leverage digital tools to create and implement standards around our processes to ensure consistent, reliable, and efficient finance support
• Lead period-end close and forecast process by presenting total network outcome for Transportation
• Lead monthly tracking of KPIs and SAVE validation with network copilots
