Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience in sales management preferred.
  • Degree in a related discipline, such as Marketing or Business.
  • Knowledge of the local market and related local contacts.
  • Technical certifications in the field are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
  • State licensing may be required to sell specific products.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop sales representatives and vendors to achieve sales and installation goals.
  • Serve as a business consultant to local dealers, translating strategy into operational tactics.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with authorized retailers to maximize revenue growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members and contractors.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency.
  • Maintain quality customer service, handling escalated customer concerns.
  • Conduct regular meetings and store visits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track and analyze activity reports to improve productivity.
  • Design and implement sales strategies and incentives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career development for team members.
