Role overview The Manager, Field Sales (Metro) leads, coaches, and develops a team of Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) within the CarGurus Metro Field organization. This role is responsible for driving net revenue growth, field execution excellence, and dealer engagement across assigned territories.
