The Manager, Field Operations leads the Field Management team by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines required to meet short term goals and objectives. This role is responsible for the success of each team member and typically manages the work efforts of supervisors/individual contributors. The Manager, Field Operations also manages account relationships with National Account clients, analyzes trends of spends, and makes recommendations to clients to optimize their repair and maintenance spend and maximize equipment uptime. Additionally, the position involves reviewing quotes from service providers to customers.
