Marketing Manager, BK, US Northeast is directly responsible for supporting and growing franchisees’ sales, traffic, and profitability by planning and executing effective regional marketing plans, adjusting and tailoring the National Marketing Calendar to each of the different DMAs by leveraging local insights, cultural moments, and guest preferences, resonating with both existing and new customer bases and ensuring BK is meeting their Marketing KPIs. Moreover, the ALM aids in the execution of national marketing campaigns and provides execution support to local market tests. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing BK, US. Your main clients are BURGER KING® franchisees and their operating teams, and you will work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, Digital, Technology, the (Insert region) Division field team, including Franchisee Business Partners, General Managers, and Operations Partner. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our Miami, FL office.
