About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager of Facilities Operations to support and maintain our network of outpatient clinics across Las Vegas. This role ensures all sites operate safely, consistently, and without disruption to patient care. The Manager will oversee daily facilities operations, vendor coordination, lease administration, and clinic capital improvement projects across 13 locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining clinical uptime, regulatory readiness, and a professional patient environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of facilities, property, or multi-site operations experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and task prioritization ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance services
  • Experience supporting construction, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
  • Familiarity with lease tracking and landlord coordination
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational facility issues and prioritize urgent needs
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between Las Vegas clinic sites

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all clinic locations
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and building services
  • Respond to urgent operational issues and coordinate after-hours support when necessary
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
  • Maintain consistent site standards and appearance across clinics
  • Partner with clinic leadership to resolve facility-related operational barriers
  • Manage vendors including janitorial, biohazard waste, security, fire/life safety, landscaping, and maintenance providers
  • Schedule recurring inspections, certifications, and servicing
  • Track vendor performance and ensure service reliability
  • Coordinate service visits to minimize disruption to clinic operations
  • Maintain lease documentation and landlord contacts for all sites
  • Track lease expirations, notice windows, and landlord responsibilities
  • Coordinate landlord repairs and building-level maintenance
  • Support leadership in renewal preparation and documentation
  • Coordinate clinic buildouts, remodels, and facility upgrades
  • Manage contractors and project timelines
  • Ensure site readiness prior to clinic openings or expansions
  • Coordinate equipment installation and operational setup
  • Maintain facility readiness with applicable healthcare and Nevada operational requirements, including: OSHA workplace safety ADA accessibility Fire and life safety compliance Infection control readiness HIPAA physical security safeguards
  • Maintain inspection logs, permits, and compliance documentation
  • Prepare clinics for regulatory or operational audits
  • Support and help oversee small centralized facilities staff
  • Develop standard procedures for handling facility requests and emergencies
  • Train clinic staff on facility request processes and escalation paths
  • Other duties as assigned.
