What this job involves: Lead from the center of transformation. This isn't a traditional executive support role— you'll serve as a strategic operational partner to JLL's Chief Transformation Officer, enabling enterprise-wide change management as we drive Strategy 2030 initiatives across our global workforce of 115,000+ individuals. Y ou'll manage complex logistics that keep transformation leadership moving forward while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Operating with startup-level agility and an ownership mindset, you'll orchestrate the operations behind innovative changes that define JLL's future, coordinating activities that drive organizational adoption across all business lines. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees, and you'll be instrumental in fostering the connections and executing the details that make transformation successful during this period of significant organizational evolution. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage complex executive calendars and international travel logistics for the Chief Transformation Officer and JLL leadership team across global time zones, proactively identifying and resolving calendar conflicts Coordinate cross-functional transformation meetings and strategic planning sessions by securing resources (room bookings, materials, technology) and ensuring seamless execution that keeps stakeholders informed and engaged Execute financial and administrative excellence by preparing accurate and timely expense reports Maintain the Transformation Office operational infrastructure by managing functional calendars of activities, meetings, and events, ensuring communication channels keep transformation stakeholders connected across the organization
