About The Position

Supervises the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions in the facility. Coordinates some activities of the Environmental Services and linen Department with those of other hospital departments. Provides support and guidance to staff. Serves as a relief person as necessary. Ensures training is done at ICH & Foothill. Manages linen par levels and quality at both locations. Maintains staffing levels over time at both locations. Ensures Quality rounds are done daily.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years' prior experience in a Hospital Housekeeping Department required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' supervisory experience.
• Sufficient oral and written command of English to understand instructions and communicate to others.
• Ability to write reports, complete statistics, complete forms, etc.
• Ability to give verbal reports; talk to and listen to others.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
