As the Events Manager, you will manage the planning and execution of our in-venue retail operations as well as other activations such as Fanatics Fest, The National and curated VIP events. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners to successfully execute events, trade shows and activations. A successful candidate will have a strong record of logistical planning, strong people skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve our financial and operational goals. How you will make an impact: Define, Plan and Execute Events – Work with internal and external partners bring their vision and ideas to life via immersive storytelling Lead a Championship Team – Our in-person activations require bandwidth from internal and external employees Own the individual events P&L - Ensure timelines and budgets are being met with internal teams and external partners Ensure billing and shipping timelines are met – Vendor relationship and follow-up is vital What you bring to the team: Exceptional work-ethic and a proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Skilled at synthesizing stakeholder input to drive optimal business decisions. Obsessive about delivering top-tier fan experiences at events and constantly looking for improvements along the way. Attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of event logistics, from planning to post-event analysis, while minimizing errors. A natural leader who can inspire others and lead by example, especially during our longer events. Need the ability to work with a smile and keep morale high.
